I absolutely fell in love with this cover & band set, especially because of the super comfortable band, not too tight, not too loose, sits like a bracelet would. BUUUUUTTTT I had it for maybe 4 days and the face cover kept getting loose, and fell off several times, and before you ask of course it was the correct size, and then of course, it fell off while I was out and it was lost forever, so very sad. I spoke to someone in the retail store and he said that they have had other complaints about this particular cover but to his knowledge nothing had been done to fix or replace them. Now I am still wearing it because like I said I love the band, but wish I had the face cover to match, and there’s no replacement to order unless I want to spend another $150 to get a whole other set. Insert extremely sad face!!!!

I need 3 less links in the bracelet so it will fit my wrist. Can the links in the bracelet be removed? How?
