I wrote a review before wearing the bag. The strap immediately broke I’m so devastated. Do not buy this. I saw another review where this happened as well.

The purse is gorgeous but the hardware that connects the handle and strap to the bag broke while I was out running errands after just 6 weeks of light use. At that this price point I would expect the bag to last much longer than 6 weeks.
I called Kate Spade to try to get the bag replaced under their 1 year warranty and was told that the bag is out of stock and that they don’t have any idea of when the bag will be back in stock, so they cannot replace it. They did offer for me to return the bag for a refund, but I’m really not interested in a refund in place of a repair or replacement because I like the bag.
This was my first purchase from Kate Spade and the quality issue with the bag as well as Kate Spade’s complete lack of awareness of their own product supply chain left a really negative impression. I will not be purchasing from Kate Spade in the future.

Nah arrived this week, just in time for a quick trip to visit family. The first day of using the loop that holds the straps broke and handles fell off. This happened mid travel so was stuck maneuvering with a strapless bag. Looks potentially fixable with a small screw driver perhaps but still unacceptable at this price point. Pretty frustrating experience overall, so buyer beware.

I did a lot of research before upgrading my Madewell and Coach bags to this little gem. I knew I wanted a medium crossbody and couldn’t find one I loved. I went into the store, saw this right away and knew it was the one. The quality and feel of the bag is top notch.

This bag looks so great, I got the lime green color and I’m loving how it’s a little funky while still being timeless. My only complaint is that the small strap is shorter than I expected. I bought this expecting to wear it as a shoulder bag but when I put it on my shoulder it makes the leather smush down and wrinkle up. Maybe I should have realized from the pictures but if you are looking for a smaller purse to wear on your shoulder I would maybe recommend going in a dif direction.

Strap broke in 1 month of purchase. Used maybe 7 times total. Can’t even use the cross body strap because the loop completely fell off 🙁

I loved this purse until the strap broke while I was at out. I had to literally carry it around the rest of the evening with the strap just hanging. It’s such a shame because I love the size and color so much. Should have bought a LV like I initially planned. This was my first purchase from Kate Spade and sadly won’t purchase another one anytime soon.

I’m so disappointed the hardware on this bag handle broke within 3 months. The bag is otherwise gorgeous and just what I expected. Amazing color (mine was the coral color) and styling. Waiting for return approval and new bag. Hope the second one holds up!
